Hi, I also use a coupon that is printed on the back of my business card. I find that these are very easy to carry and hand out. I have a line at the bottom that says "Expires" with a blank line I can hand write in a date.
I deliver or mail the client (with signature confirmation) their MEDAlert and also include a blank form for any future updates.
If they bought an update subscription from me initially, I also include a self addressed small padded mailing envelope.
I then insert a coupon on bright colored paper "tell a friend" which includes a small discount. It is important to make coupons time sensitive so they act upon them.
