I have a single member LLC which was simple and suggested by my accountant.

I just registered a single member LLC which was very easy to do and protects my personal assets.

I am running my MEDAlert business under my corporation umbrella as I have several other businesses, by doing it this way I can save money, such as having only one business checking account and merchant account.
