I suggest making sure your website looks professional and has a good frequently asked questions section.

I used the exact website text included in the startup kit then added some more to the FAQ as I found people were asking similar questions.

It saves a lot of time by referring them to the website.  I even have a print out of the FAQ in to provide to someone in person if needed.
