I first send a letter to the director and explain how the product can help keep parents organized with their child's medical information and that it can also help to make sure their records are up to date as well. Basically, it can make things easier for them with parents having good records.
I include a brochure and business card then follow up in about a week asking if they would allow me to put out some brochures or consider including a brochure with any newsletters, info packets etc...
I just signed up several churches in the area to offer MEDAlert to their members. They really like the idea of helping protect their members and completely understand the importance.
I'm giving a donation back for each MEDAlert sold to their members which is very good for both my business and the church.
Ask if you can put some brochures in a common area where people meet and gather, it works great. Good luck!
I just secured a relationship with a daycare that has 4 locations in my general area. They will be providing my brochure and coupon for new registrations and renewals.
They will also give a small discount if they get a MEDAlert since it saves them a lot of time by just having the parents print the MEDAlert from from the memory stick to provide current information to the daycare.
Its a win... win all around. They really like the idea that they can save time by having up to date med & contact info for the kids under their care.
