The subscrition is an annual subscription which includes up to 4 updates. The subscription gives them any updates included free and I remind them every few months via email.
If they don't have any updates during the year I don't extend the subscription for free, they would need to pay the annual subscription fee to get the reminders and updates during the next year.
A single update is just for someone who didn't purchase the subscription and just wants an update.
If someone is purchacing a subscription and do not have updates, do you exsend the subscription they purchaced? What about the single update,is that for 1 Id or can a single update be used for any amount of Id's that are purchaced?
