I am finding it difficult to place my brochures in places like Doctors office, health clinics, as they want you to go through the corporate office. What other small businesses can I place my brouchures? Any suggestions

How have you dealt with customer concerns over privacy if a medalert is lost and found by someone else?

If someone is purchacing a subscription and do not have updates, do you exsend the subscription they purchaced? What about the single update,is that for 1 Id or can a single update be used for any amount of Id's that are purchaced?

I'm not sure what to do about accepting credit cards. I have a paypal account but I can only accept a credit card payment from someone that has an email address. However, this won't work if I'm dealing with a client that 1) does not have an email address or 2) does not have internet access. Paypal al...
