True, liability insurance would just cover injury or accidents. You do not need to worry about 'errors and ommissions' insurance for this business if you have the customer sign the service agreement provided with the business startup kit.

Did you get Errors and Omissions Liability Insurance? I asked my agent about Basic Liability and he told me that it would only cover if the customer was coming to your in home office and were to get injured. It doesn't cover you if you were to make an error in their medical history. Bob
I have a simple liability policy that combined with my homeowners insurance is very inexpensive. I didnt' realize that insurance companies have special deals for work at home businesses.
I was also able to get my insurance agent to put out a brochure holder with my brochures which has been very good for business
