The $20 price works for fundraisers since they need to make a good profit. I do sell for the higher price of $65 for a single load since I'm entering the information for the client. I also offer annual subscriptions as suggested in the startup kit for a higher price and keep the Medalert updated for clients during the year.
Getting people to sign up for the annual plan is the best for everyone.
The 20.00 is 'wholesale' to the fundraisers and their retail price is whatever they choose to sell it for; do you normally sell for 64.95, or a different price?
Sure, I just made a simple order form that can be handed out to the kids.
I supply them with the MEDAlerts for $20 each, they can sell them for $25, $30 or higher if they choose and keep the profits over their $20 cost.
Since we get the MEDAlerts wholesale for $9.95 each, I basically make a $10 profit on each one sold.
They collect the money up front then place an order with me which is great because I don't have to front any of the money. I make my medalert order once I receive the funds.
Don't forget to try and hook up with local music and sports organizations.
I just setup a fundraiser for a local Marching Band which we expect to do very well. The kids have great community support and really get out there with funraising to help pay for all their trips.
